What a reporting engagement costs
Fees are quoted after we have seen a sample extract. The figures below are starting points for a single-ledger company with a usable channel or customer mark.
We invoice in Georgian lari. An estimate is free to request and is not a booking. Work starts when you accept the estimate in writing and, for a full report, pay the deposit described on the fees and cancellation page.
What moves a quote
The starting figures assume one sales ledger, Georgian or English labels, and a channel or customer mark that can be trusted. A quote rises when the extract mixes several companies, when product codes have been recycled, when we must reconcile two disagreeing files, or when the pack is needed in both languages. Printed sets are billed at print cost.
A quote does not include travel outside Tbilisi. If the briefing must be held in Batumi or Kutaisi, we add actual travel and a simple per-diem, agreed in the estimate.
What we will not price as a card
We do not sell unlimited drawing time, and we do not pretend every company fits a single fixed fee. If your extract is a shoebox of mixed spreadsheets, the first piece of work is a quality check billed at 450 GEL; that fee is credited if you then commission the Sales Intelligence Report.
Retainers are monthly, not a software-style year paid up front. You may pause after the minimum term with written notice.
Sales Intelligence Report
Full reading of an agreed period, visual pack, exception list, ninety-minute briefing, and one revision. Volume of invoice lines, extra cuts, and a second language in the pack move the quote.

Visual Sales Pack
Up to eight pages for a named meeting, drawn from figures you already trust. A thirty-minute walk-through can be included. This is not a substitute for a full report.

Monthly Sales Briefing
Three-month minimum. The monthly fee assumes the cuts are already agreed and the extract arrives within five working days of your internal close. Late files move the sitting; they are not drawn from a guess.

Channel and Territory Review
One agreed cut compared with the rest of the book, short pack, sixty-minute sitting. Field visits are not part of the fee.
