Switchmatrixbase is a Tbilisi practice that prepares sales intelligence reporting for companies that sell through distributors, shops, and named accounts. The work is human. An analyst reads the extract, draws the cuts, and sits with the commercial team to walk the pages.
We take on four kinds of work. The Sales Intelligence Report is the one to commission when you need a full reading of a year or more. A Visual Sales Pack is for a board or owner meeting that already has a story and needs the charts drawn cleanly. Monthly briefings keep the same cuts alive after the first report. A channel or territory review is a narrower study when one route to market is the question.
Fees are quoted after we have seen a sample of the extract. Starting figures are on the rates page. To ask whether a file is usable, write to the practice.
