Channel and Territory Review
A narrower reading when one route to market or one region is the question, not the whole year.

A Channel and Territory Review is the right commission when the year as a whole is understood and one route is not. Typical questions in our Tbilisi work: whether HORECA is carrying the discounting, whether the regions still pay for the van time, whether a handful of key accounts have become the book.
We compare the named cut with the rest of the sales file for the same period, so the room can see whether the problem is local or company-wide. We do not visit shops or restaurants; the review stays with the figures you already record. If the commercial team needs a full reading of every cut, the Sales Intelligence Report is the engagement to commission instead.

How the work runs
Name the cut
You name the channel or territory and the decision waiting on it — keep, repair, or stop.
Confirm the marks
We check that the extract actually flags that cut. Shared codes across Batumi and the rest of Adjara, for example, will stop a coastal review until the marks are cleaned.
Review and sitting
You receive a short pack and we sit for an hour. Recommendations stay inside what the figures can carry.
