Sales Intelligence Report
A full reading of your sales extract, drawn into a visual pack and walked through with the commercial team.

The Sales Intelligence Report is the flagship work of the practice. It is for a commercial director or owner who can feel that last year did not behave as the monthly total suggested, and who needs the year cut in the way the sales meeting already talks: by channel, by territory, by customer group, by product family.
The result is a visual pack you can put on the table, plus a briefing in which we speak the pages in order. You leave with a shared reading of the period, an exception list, and one revised pack after the room has asked its questions.
Who it is for
Importers, distributors, and multi-site retailers in Georgia who sell through more than one route — shops, HORECA, named key accounts, regional wholesale. The report is less useful for a single-product studio with a handful of invoices, and too heavy for a team that only needs three charts for Friday.
Scope
We agree a period (usually twelve or twenty-four months) and a set of cuts before we draw. Typical cuts in Tbilisi work include modern trade versus traditional wholesale, Tbilisi versus the regions, and the top accounts that carry a worrying share of the year. Margin is included only when the extract carries cost or a reliable discount field. We will not compute a margin from a guess.
Provider
A named analyst at Switchmatrixbase leads the reading. The briefing is given by the same person who drew the pack, not by a colleague who met the file that morning. Work is prepared at Level 7, 58 Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi 0179, and the briefing can be held there, in your office, or by video if the commercial lead is travelling.
Preparation you should expect
Send the extract as a spreadsheet or CSV. Close the period first if you can; a file that is still receiving late invoices will force a redraw. If customer names are sensitive, a coded list with a channel mark is enough for the first pass. Do not send the accounting password or a full backup of the ledger.
Constraints
The report is only as fine as the marks in the file. If Batumi and Kutaisi share one customer code, we cannot honestly split the coast from Imereti. The quality-check note will say so before we draw the pretty page that would mislead the room.
Fee and next step
Fees start at 4,800 GEL for a company with a single sales ledger and a clear channel mark. Larger extract volumes, extra languages in the pack, or additional printed sets are quoted after the intake conversation. To begin, send a note describing the period, how you sell, and whether a sample extract can follow.
What is included
- A quality check of the agreed sales extract (invoice lines, ledger, or CRM export) and a written note of what the file can and cannot support
- A visual report pack covering channel, territory, customer group, and product family for the agreed period
- An exception list naming stalled accounts, heavy discounting, and concentration that deserves the room’s time
- One ninety-minute briefing in Tbilisi or by video, with a numbered agenda matched to the pack
- One revision of labels, cuts, or pages after the briefing
- Printed copies of the pack on request, billed at print cost
What is not included
- Bookkeeping, tax filing, or statutory accounts
- Building, licensing, or hosting software
- Calling customers or managing the sales team
- Ongoing administration of a CRM
- Translation of source files — extracts need to arrive in Georgian or English
How the work runs
Intake conversation
Forty-five minutes to hear how you sell, which cuts the Monday meeting already uses, and which decision the report is meant to support. We will say if a shorter pack would serve better.
Figure handover
You send the extract. We check completeness: dates, product codes, customer or channel marks, quantities, net value, and discount fields. Missing marks are listed, not guessed.
Reading and drawing
The analyst builds the cuts, writes the exception list, and lays out the pack. Internal review checks that every chart can be spoken aloud in the briefing without a footnote the room will not have.
Pack delivery
You receive the PDF at least three working days before the briefing so the commercial director can read it once in private.
Briefing and revision
We walk the agenda. After the room, we issue one revised pack. New questions that need a fresh extract become a separate note.
Questions we hear before kickoff
Do you need a perfect CRM export?
No. Many Georgian wholesalers send invoice lines from the accounting ledger. We need dates, a product mark, a customer or channel mark, and a net value. We will tell you in the quality-check note if a column is too thin to draw.
Who should sit in the briefing?
The person who owns the sales meeting, plus one colleague who knows the accounts. A room of twelve is too large for a first reading. Area managers can join a later walk-through of the same pack.
Will you tell us how to change the sales plan?
We will name what the figures show and where the leak or concentration sits. The commercial team decides what to do. We do not write a motivational plan or a headcount recommendation unless you commission that as a separate note.
