Visual Sales Pack
Charts and pages drawn from figures you already trust, prepared for a named board or owner meeting.

A Visual Sales Pack is for the week when the story is already known and the meeting still needs pages that can be put on a screen or in a folder without embarrassment. Owners, boards, and family shareholders in Georgian companies often ask for this when the commercial director can explain the year in speech but cannot hand over a set of charts that survive a second look.
We do not re-open the whole commercial history. We draw the cuts you name, check that the totals match the extract, and keep the caveats on the page rather than in a side conversation. If the file cannot support a comparison you wanted — last year versus this year on a new channel code, for example — we will leave that page out and say why.
The pack is a poor substitute for a Sales Intelligence Report when nobody yet knows where the year moved. It is the right commission when the meeting is in ten days and the figures are already trusted.
What is included
- Up to eight pages drawn from an agreed extract
- Labels in Georgian or English, matching the language of the meeting
- A one-page note of sources and any caveats
- One round of label corrections
What is not included
- A full exception study or new cuts that the file does not already support
- A ninety-minute commercial briefing (that sits with the Sales Intelligence Report)
How the work runs
Name the meeting
You tell us the date, the audience, and the three questions the pages must answer.
Send the figures
A clean table is enough. If the numbers still disagree with the management account, we will stop and say so rather than draw a polite fiction.
Draw and hand over
You receive the PDF. An optional thirty-minute call can walk the page order.
